COVID-19 Notice

The well­being of our both our guests and staff is always our num­ber one pri­or­ity, but even more so at the moment. To ensure that we are provid­ing a safe and secure envir­on­ment through­out Stub­ton Hall, we have incor­por­ated meas­ures through­out the hotel which fol­low the latest advice.

Our Staff

Each one of our staff members has been trained in hygiene and cleaning protocol. Everyone is issued with PPE, encouraged to practice strict safety procedures and told to stay at home if they are feeling unwell. Our staff all wear masks when guests are present in the house. We are a small team and careful of the contact we have with others.

Cleanliness

We have always been proud of our cleaners at Stubton Hall, but now they are working extra hard to ensure guest safety. We are cleaning the reception rooms, bedrooms and back of house areas to the highest standards with disinfectants or anti-viral cleaning products. We make sure to focus on frequently-touched areas such as tables, desks or bedside tables and we pay extra attention to small, frequently-touched things like door handles, light switches, and remote controls and wipe these down regularly.

If you are staying with us for more than one night, our housekeeping team will enter your room to make the bed and tidy up, unless you specifically request otherwise.

Track & Trace

In alignment with NHS protocol, Stubton Hall displays a QR code for Track & Trace app users. We also keep a written log of both guests and employees for the sole purpose of Covid tracking.

Other Measures

Stubton Hall offers face masks and ample stations for hand sanitising for use by guests and staff. Upon request we can also supply protective gloves. We have also set up extra signage and protective screens in key areas to safeguard both guests and staff members.

Food & Beverage Service

Food and Beverage safety is always a discipline we take very seriously. In these challenging times, additional measures have been made to offer a secure dining environment and safe working practices within our kitchen and prep areas.
